Private Dinners & Corporate Events

Palheiro Nature Estate is the ideal setting for private dining and corporate events. The stunning Vista Balancal restaurant, with panoramic veranda and breathtaking views of Funchal, and private parking for up to 60 cars, make this a perfect spot for a unique event for up to 80-100 people.

Other venues within the Estate are ideal for functions, such as a cocktail party in the Palheiro Gardens or meetings for directors in our Relais & Châteaux hotel Casa Velha do Palheiro. What ever you choose you can be sure of exceptional cuisine and discrete personalised service.

We even have our own motor yacht that can be used for an intimate cocktail whilst enjoying the sunset along the coast of Madeira.

Boat Trips

The Balancal is a British-built Lochin 333 Flybridge sportfisherman, launched in 2001. She was originally commissioned as a private sportfishing yacht and still continues to serve her owners in that capacity, but for the last three years she has also been placed in charter, taking her guests to sea in comfort and safety.
