The capture of photographs and moving images within the premises of the garden is governed by the guidelines of the company Jardins do Palheiro Sociedade Agrícola, Lda (JPSA) and specific conditions aimed at preserving the living collections of the garden and the well-being of its visitors. IMAGES FOR PERSONAL USE

Visitors are allowed to film and take photographs for strictly personal use without prior authorization, with the following restrictions:

The use of tripods is not allowed. The use of flash is not allowed in the interior spaces of historical buildings. Filming and photography in areas closed to the public is not allowed. The placement of accessories, sets, or other decorative elements on the garden's structures or specimens is not allowed.

The privacy rights of other visitors and garden workers must be respected, and JPSA is not responsible for any violation of said rights.

IMAGES FOR PROMOTIONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE

The recording of images (photographs and videos) intended for promotional and commercial purposes (films, television, among others) is subject to prior approval by the JPSA management. Authorization for image capture depends on the completion of a form, which can be obtained from the offices. Image capture fees may apply.

Use of drones

The use of drones without authorization from JPSA and the relevant authorities is prohibited. It is always necessary to obtain authorization from these entities, whether for personal or private image capture or recreational flights.
