Check-in Procedures
- Check-in: from 3:00pm onwards
- Check-out: by 12:00pm
- Upon arrival, guests must present valid identification and a credit card for registration.
- A check-in form and security deposit agreement must be signed.
- No charge will be made unless damages occur.
- Please inform reception immediately in case of any issues.
- After check-out, we have 48 hours to inspect the accommodation and notify guests if any charges apply.
- The tourist tax and cleaning fee are payable at check-in.
Late Arrivals (after 6:00pm)
For arrivals after 6:00pm and until 2 a.m. - a security guard is on duty at the Palheiro Village entrance to welcome guests and accompany to the unit.

For arrivals after 2 a.m. - the key unit will be placed in the key box located at the entrance of the reserved apartment or villa.
