Check-in Procedures

Check-in: from 3:00pm onwards

Check-out: by 12:00pm

Upon arrival, guests must present valid identification and a credit card for registration.

A check-in form and security deposit agreement must be signed.

Please inform reception immediately in case of any issues.

After check-out, we have 48 hours to inspect the accommodation and notify guests if any charges apply.

The tourist tax and cleaning fee are payable at check-in.
Late Arrivals (after 6:00pm)
Guests arriving after 6:00pm will be greeted by the security guard at the entrance of Palheiro Village (on duty from 6:00pm to 9:00am).
The guard will hand over the keys and direct guests to their accommodation.
